This policy sets out eligibility and timing for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility

Mailed returns are available for defective and non-defective new goods, and exchanges are accepted. Non-defective merchandise must remain new, unused, and in original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.

Thirty-day deadline

Submit the request within 30 days after delivery and identify the order and checkout email. Photos or video are required when reporting damage, a defect, a wrong product, or missing components.

Return shipment

Authorized items are returned by mail. The package includes a free prepaid return label. We charge no restocking fee, while replacement availability depends on current inventory.

Approved refunds

Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions may take additional time to display the credit.
