Before dispatch
Physical purchases enter preparation after successful payment authorization. The usual processing period is 1–2 business days, although holidays, weekends, demand, or verification can change the estimate.
Delivery estimate
From dispatch, allow an estimated 4–6 business days for carrier transit. Severe weather, service interruptions, and destination conditions remain outside our direct control.
Shipment updates
Tracking details, when issued, go to the contact information on the order. Send address correction requests quickly because we may be unable to redirect a shipped package.
Checkout information
The checkout page supplies the destinations, services, charges, and free-shipping eligibility available to the specific purchase.
